As we co-employ the developers that work in our offices directed by you, we will see that there are security measures put into place. We also encourage you to treat your outsourced developers like the employees you have in your home office. Therefore, the employees in the Philippine office would sign any of the same waivers you have your home office employees sign. You can also create others if you wish.
