How can you insure there is no cultural differences that will impede my project?

Good question and one that we have been able to answer for many of our clients. With other outsourced developers, depending on where they are from, you can have key problems with cultural issues that you would not have if hiring in house. That said, you will not have as many issues with Filipinos as you may with say, those outsourced from India. That is because the western culture in the Philippines is ingrained into its people.
